Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Donneisha Baker is a dedicated advocate for student success and higher education access. A proud graduate of Arsenal Technical High School, Donneisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology along with a certificate and minor in Africana Studies from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
With several years of experience in the field of admission, Donneisha has developed and led numerous initiatives designed to better serve students. Her expertise includes enhancing student experience, fostering collaboration, and adeptly navigating the college experience. She is skilled in fostering both internal and external campus partnerships, leveraging these relationships to create a supportive and thriving environment for all students. Donneisha is committed to championing student success through strategic enrollment leadership and an unwavering commitment to making higher education accessible to all.

Morgan McCombs is a dedicated and results-driven professional, currently holding a pivotal role at Founder’s College at Butler University. Areas of strength include, student financial aid, higher education student services and student support programs that foster growth, access and equity. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Family & Human Development from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
Morgan has amassed a wealth of experience, working in various capacities of higher education for over 10 years. Throughout her career, Morgan has been instrumental in leading successful projects within financial aid and student services departments and has been highly recognized for her contributions throughout the years. Morgan’s expertise in student financial aid processing and planning fosters an inclusive environment that promotes equal access to an affordable, high-quality education for all students. In addition to her professional pursuits, Morgan has served on the Nina and Bowen Scholars Advisory Councils and collaborated with peers to streamline enrollment and financial aid processes. Morgan’s commitment to excellence is further exemplified by her dedication to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and participating in giving back to her community, which reflects her drive and passion for helping others. Morgan’s unique blend of professional expertise and personal interests makes her an asset to her team and organization.
